Official: Makelele serves as judge of Miss Universe pageant

The Miss Universe competition officially announced that Makelele will serve as a judge of Miss Universe.

The official social media of the Miss Universe contest posted a poster of Makelele and wrote: "We are honored to welcome Makelele to the 74th Miss Universe Selection Committee. As an iconic figure in football, Makelele's legendary influence has long transcended the green field. From the championship years of Real Madrid to the journey of Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain, Marc Lai Lai continues to inspire generations in the world of sports and beyond."
