Post talks about summer training focus: Avoid too many fouls on the defensive end, and make progress in projecting & movement on the offensive end

Today on the Warriors' new season media day, Post accepted an interview with the media.

Post talked about the focus of summer training: "The focus on the defensive end is how to avoid (too many) fouls. I have watched a lot of videos of myself and other insiders, and I want to work hard to be an efficient defender. The offensive end must continue to take firm action. This is one of my strengths last season, and I can't waste it in order to improve other aspects. I'm trying to bring my shooting and movement to a new stage. I think these are what big players should improve."

Post played 42 regular season games last season, averaging 16.3 minutes per game, scoring 8.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.4 steals, 0.4 blocks and 2.0 fouls, with a three-in-one shooting percentage of 44.9/40.8/77.8%.
