Earl Clark: Kobe and Irving love basketball. Kobe is the more blunt leader 🗣️
Recently, former NBA player Earl Clark was interviewed by NBA reporter Brandon Robinson.
You have been teammates with Kobe and Irving. How would you compare their work attitudes and leadership styles?
Earl Clark: "I think they have a very similar attitude to their work attitude and love for basketball, which means they will not only train in the arena, but they will also go home to watch game videos and analyze games. But I think Kobe is a crazier in winning games. He can't accept losing too many games. You know what I mean? I'm not saying Irving likes to lose, but I think losing has a greater impact on Kobe. Kobe is a more outspoken leader. And when I was with Irving, he was still young and trying to establish himself, fight for contracts, take control of the team and grow, because he was the top player at the time. So I think that's the main difference between them."
