James: What I value most is the reliability and hard work of my teammates. I don’t resonate with people who don’t work hard.

Today, the latest episode of the podcast "The Main Thing" hosted by Lakers forward James was broadcast.
When asked what trait he values most in a teammate, James said: "The trait I value most in a teammate is, how reliable you can be, and whether you are a hard-working person? I don't resonate with people who don't work hard. If you are not reliable, I can't count on you on and off the court. During the course of the season, sometimes you need a teammate off the court. You may be going through a difficult period. You may be affected by various things outside of basketball for a period of time. You might need the support of a teammate. But on the field, you go to practice and games and you just want someone who works hard. If we're all preaching the same thing, we're all saying we want to be great, we want to be champions, we want to achieve something special this season, and you're not working on it, you're not putting in the time, you're not polishing your craft, then it's hard for me to accept you on that level."Mini-game recommendations:Christmas Snowball Arena
