Ben Foster: Rashford was removed from the starting lineup when he was late. Flick will never tolerate this behavior
According to previous reports from Western media, Rashford was removed from the starting lineup in Barcelona's 3-0 victory over Getafe for two minutes due to his late team.
In response to this, former Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster said in his personal podcast: "Rashford scored two goals and performed very well, regaining his familiar self back then. That is a typical Rashford, and we like to see such a performance."
"But then he was excluded from the weekend match roster because of his late stretching training on the morning of the match. From the way Barcelona handled it, it can be seen that Frick will never tolerate this behavior."
"This is a disrespectful behavior. I understand that some people will say 'it's only one or two minutes late', but this is not a reason. The other 29 people are waiting for you. If you can't even do basic discipline, it is unacceptable."
Rashford is not the only player who violates Frick's strict team rules. Conde, Penia and recently Rafina have been punished for similar reasons. It is reported that Rashford would have been the starter of Barcelona's left wing against Getafe, but in the end Ferran Torres took his place.
Although not included in the starter, Rashford did not show any dissatisfaction and made a substitute for Rafinia after halftime. Rashford performed well on the right and gave an assist for Olmo's third goal.
