Today, Nuggets coach Adelman participated in the team's media day event.

Adelman said: "Jamaal (Murray) had a great offseason. He looked in good shape. I think he was in great shape from a psychological point of view. I have to praise him. In Los Angeles, our players are spontaneously gathering together to get to know each other."
