According to Italian journalist Skira, Szczesni will renew his contract with Barcelona and sign a new 1+1 contract.

Schchensny's current contract expires this summer. Skira revealed that the 35-year-old goalkeeper will renew his contract with Barcelona until 2026 and there are options to extend it to 2027.

Schchensni played 30 games for Barcelona this season, conceded 36 goals and completed 14 clean sheets.
