ESPN rated the top 30 coaches in Europe: Enrique ranked first, Scots coach Guardiola Alonso Frick ranked 6th in the top 5 towers

ESPN ranked the head coaches in European football and selected the current 30 best coaches in Europe. And score the coaches based on six dimensions to determine the ranking.

The six dimensions are:

•Coaching wisdom: applying coaching principles to game deployment, physical fitness preparation and on-site command ability.

•Tactical style: ornamentality of football style. Viewing is crucial here, while considering the coach's ability to control the progress of the game in an active (rather than passive counterattack) way. Offensive football style will receive higher ratings.

•People Management: The ability to motivate the team and the ability to maximize the potential of the lineup. Focus on evaluating the player's responsiveness to the coach and his willingness to "play for him/her".

•Communication ability: The coach instills trust in introvert club directors and players in their "plan" and builds credibility to the outside world (media, fans). Have professional qualities to clearly convey information through precise wording and public relations skills.

•Historical Achievements: Successful resume and record. Although the championship trophy is the main achievement indicator, leading the team to upgrade, break through with relegation, leading weak teams to advance to the European battle, or exceeding the task with limited resources, etc. are also taken into consideration.

•X factors: the ability to create surprises and innovate tactics, the potential to take on top positions in the future, and the resilience to regroup after a sluggish record
