A magical week! The 17-year-old Karl scored his first goal in the Champions League on Wednesday, went to high school on Thursday, and scored his first goal in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

Bayern defeated Borussia Monchengladbach 3-0 in the 8th round of the Bundesliga last night, and young player Lennart Karl came off the bench to make another world-wide splash. 17-year-old Carl had a magical week.
On Wednesday night Karl became the youngest Champions League goalscorer in Bayern's history, and he also scored his first Champions League goal.
He has to go to high school on Thursday. In fact, Karl was in school on the Wednesday morning of his Champions League start, but he was allowed to leave early during the first major period. Carl is currently studying for his Practical School Leaving Certificate, having successfully graduated from junior high school.
